Every year over one hundred Milwaukee businesses take advantage of the Milwaukee Economic Development Corporation's many loan programs and services.  MEDC offers financial resources to facilitate business investment that will benefit the city with new employment opportunities, job retention and stabilize neighborhoods.  We do this by providing loan programs, real estate assistance, tax credit assistance, business resources, and environmental programs.  Our low interest loans can be used for the purchase of real estate, construction and improvement to buildings and the purchase of machinery and equipment.
